Description
Petri dish is a kind of laboratory utensils. The glass petri dishes can be reused after sterilization (such as drying and heating sterilization at 160°C with high pressure or hot air sterilizer). The petri dish needs to be inverted during culture to reduce the risk of particles in the air settling on the sample, and to prevent water vapor from accumulating in the sample, and any conditions that are sufficient to harm or interfere with the culture.
