Pycnometer Instructions:
1. Clean the hydrometer and bake it, and record its quality.
2. Put the sample into the bottle to the mouth of the bottle and transfer it to a 25℃ constant temperature water bath (the temperature difference does not exceed 1℃) and soak for 10-20mn.
3. When the sample reaches this temperature, insert the stopper and let the excess liquid flow out of the capillary.
4. Wipe the net with filter paper. Do not touch the hydrometer when wiping, so as to avoid excessive overflow of the solution.
5. After wiping, move it to the balance, weigh the mass, and then deduct the mass of the bottle, which is the mass of the sample.
6. Write down the above temperature conditions and operating procedures, pour the test object into the wash, replace it with distilled water, weigh the mass, and then divide by the mass of the test object, that is, the density of the test object.
