Description

Introduction:

What is cell culture flask:

The in vitro culture of cells and tissues has become an indispensable part of life research and practice. A wide variety of cell types are cultured, from viruses to bacteria and fungi, from human cells to animal and plant cells.Some cells and tissues can be grown in suspension, but a significant number of mammalian cells require surface attachment. Therefore, in addition to good transparency, non-toxicity and sterility, the culture flasks, culture plates and culture dishes used to provide the in vitro culture environment of cells also need to be surface-modified to enable them to adhere, divide and grow.

Feature:

1. Color:transparent

2. Material: Plastic

3. Size:125ml.250ml.500ml.1000ml

4. Packing:The carton

5. Application:cell culture flask

Specification:

Main categories:

According to the adherence requirements of cells to products, they are divided into three categories:

The general type is suitable for suspension culture of cells and tissues;

The standard type has good cell adhesion performance and is suitable for cell adhesion growth;

Specialized surfaces contain nitrogen-containing functional groups that promote the attachment, growth, and differentiation of certain specialized cells, such as tumor cells.

According to the shape of the bottle is divided into:

Wide body culture flask;

Triangular culture flask;

Torticollis flask.

How to use the cell culture flask:

1. Unscrew the cap and inject the medium into the cell factory by tilting or pumping, and the cell suspension slowly flows into the layers of the cell factory. Cover the lid and stand still.

2. Slowly measure the cell factory, with the side with the liquid filling port facing away from you, and let the cell suspension flow into each layer slowly and evenly.

3. Rotate 90 degrees laterally, keep the liquid inlet upward, and let the cell suspension flow into each layer slowly and evenly.

4. Hold one side of the liquid inlet with both hands and flatten it slowly to prevent the liquid from shaking greatly.
