Products structure:

1.Column:The column of the nucleic acid purification column is made of medical-grade polypropylene with a mesh or band interface at the bottom and a capacity of about 1mL or 25mL.

2.Gasket:The gasket of nucleic acid purification column is special fiber material, which can withstand acid and alkali and most organic solvents, and will not adsorb most biological molecules.

Centrifugal column:

Centrifugal column purification is a widely used kit extraction method at present. Its biggest characteristic is that it is less affected by artificial factors and its purity is very stable (although its purity is not necessarily higher than that of PC purification method). After centrifugation, the added liquid goes into another centrifuge tube, completely separate from the column containing nucleic acid, so washing is more thorough. Its fatal weakness is excessive sample, low extraction efficiency, and the need for repeated centrifugation, complex operation, high cost.
