Description
The saliva collector is mainly composed of a collection funnel, a sampling tube and a tube cover. When mixed with saliva, the preservation fluid can be stored at room temperature for a long time without damaging saliva sample DNA/RNA. Saliva collectors are environmentally friendly and portable.
Saliva sample collection is a painless and non-invasive method of obtaining DNA/RNA products. This sampling method will not bring any inconvenience to the samplers and is easily accepted, so it can expand the sampling range of gene research.

Attention:
1.First, DNA is extracted from exfoliated cells contained in saliva, not saliva itself. Therefore, when collecting saliva samples, you should scrape the upper and lower jaw as many times as possible with your tongue, and you can also scrape the tongue slightly with your teeth to ensure the number of cells shed. Ensure that you have not eaten, drank or smoked in the past 30 minutes. It is recommended to sample first thing in the morning to ensure the success rate of sampling.
2.It is important not to rinse your mouth with mouthwash before sampling, and sampling after rinsing is not recommended.
How to use:
1. Gently spit the endocrine saliva into the oval collection mouth of the saliva collector, and pay attention to avoid excessive foam when collecting saliva.
2. Collect saliva until the stratified interface between saliva in the collection tube and the upper foam reaches the scale line shown in 2ml.
3. To save a liquid collector lid evenly on the buckle to the oval collection, of the buckle down a slight sound, at the same time save liquid evenly into the collection tube, suggests that the cover is buckled, otherwise, you need to gently open the lid of the collector, then evenly buckle on again, until the liquid evenly into the collection tube.
4. Gently shake the DNA saliva collector to allow the cell preservation stabilization fluid to flow more completely into the collection tube.
5. Confirm that the stratified interface between the liquid in the collection tube and the upper foam reaches the scale line shown in 4ml.
6. Confirm that the collection is complete.
